My name is Blessing Akamande, CEO (Blesssing African Braids)I started braiding in 2016 because I’ve always loved it. I even paid someone to teach me so I could learn it the right way. Braiding isn’t just work for me – it’s my passion. I love what I do, and I never wanted to work for anyone else. That’s why I chose to braid – to do what I love and be my own boss..

Perfect Braids

I love what I do. There’s something special about creating beautiful hairstyles with my hands and seeing the joy it brings to my clients. Braiding gives me a sense of purpose and freedom. I’ve never wanted to work under someone else or be stuck in a job that doesn’t fulfill me.
